Peggy Wallace is a co-founder and Managing Partner of the Golden Seeds Fund LP. She has been a member since early 2005, and has held stakes in 11 private companies in the fields of software, hardware, consumer goods, life sciences, and the internet. Much of her career was spent at J.P. Morgan/Chase where she specialized in structured finance, risk management, and financial services and Mergers & Acquisitions. Golden Seeds is the fourth largest angel investment group in the US, is national and includes over 300 members.
